Apsida Life Science is seeking an experienced Associate Director Clinical Operations to join their team. As a key member of the clinical operations department, you will be responsible for leading clinical studies and overseeing a broad range of clinical operations activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead clinical studies and develop strategies for successful project execution
- Oversee budget oversight, vendor management, patient recruitment, and other clinical operations activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance clinical operations efficiency
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in clinical operations, with a focus on leading clinical studies
- Oncology or haem-onc experience is essential
- Proven track record of successfully leading clinical studies and managing budgets
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
