Job Title: Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and guidance to support the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the finance team and provide strategic direction to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage financial risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • ACA or ACCA qualification with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience.
  • Proven track record in a financial leadership role, preferably in a distribution environment.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel, and experience working with ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with all levels of staff.
