Healthcare Practitioner Lead

The Healthcare Practitioner Lead will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional healthcare services at multiple Urgent Care Centres in Birmingham.
This ongoing contract requires flexible shifts, including 12-hour shifts, from Monday to Sunday.
You will be part of a dynamic team, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of outstanding healthcare services.
Key Duties:- Leading a team of healthcare professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Developing and implementing effective care plans, ensuring the best possible patient outcomes.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to improve healthcare services and promote evidence-based practice.
