About the Role

We are currently looking for a talented Sports Coach to work with us at a specialist SEN/SEMH school in Lewisham. As a key member of our team, you will create and lead engaging sports programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create and deliver sports programs that foster teamwork, confidence, and resilience in SEN/SEMH students.
  2. Use positive reinforcement techniques to motivate students and encourage participation in physical activities.
  3. Work closely with teachers and support staff to integrate sports programs into the curriculum and ensure student progress.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven coaching experience working with SEN/SEMH youth.
  • Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
