Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sports Coach to join our team at a specialist SEN/SEMH school in Lewisham. The successful candidate will design and deliver engaging sports programs that promote teamwork, confidence, and resilience among students with unique educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inclusive sports programs tailored to the needs of SEN/SEMH students.
- Motivate and inspire students to participate in physical activities, promoting their social-emotional development.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure seamless integration of sports programs into the curriculum.
Requirements:
- Background in coaching with experience working with SEN/SEMH youth.
- Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
