**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Care Team Lead. The successful candidate will oversee the effective implementation of care and independence programmes, manage shift patterns, and provide a nurturing environment for young people.
**Salary Range:** £27,500 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, resilience, and the ability to work effectively with a team. A Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People is essential, and you should be willing to study towards the Level 5 Diploma.
