Philanthropy Manager

We are seeking an experienced Philanthropy Manager to play a key role in our Fundraising team.

Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, you will identify and approach high-net-worth individuals who wish to invest in cancer research. Your primary objective will be to grow Yorkshire Cancer Research's portfolio of major donors and deliver exceptional levels of tailored engagement and stewardship.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively approaching prospects and building long-term relationships with philanthropists and family foundations.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to secure significant income for the charity.
  • Collaborating with the Fundraising team to achieve the charity's plans to save more lives in Yorkshire and beyond.

For this role, you must have experience of building relationships with high-net-worth individuals and delivering exceptional levels of stewardship. If you are a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
