About the role:

Vero HR Ltd is seeking a highly organised and meticulous Senior Business Development Manager to join their team in Basingstoke. As Senior Business Development Manager, you will lead the promotion of our clients Structured Finance products, source and onboard new clients, and help maximise yields and fees.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for finance and business development to make a tangible impact on the success of our clients offerings.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Proven track record in a business development focused role within banking and finance industries
  • Proven experience in structured finance/wholesale lending.
  • Excellent credit knowledge and the ability to assess and mitigate risks effectively.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make decisive judgments.
