We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Luxury Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team at Ten Lifestyle Group. As a key member of our travel department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating personalized luxury travel experiences for our high-net-worth clients.

About the Role:

  • You will be the primary point of contact for our premium cardholders, providing expert advice and guidance on their luxury travel requests.
  • Design and tailor-make individual trips, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each client.
  • Research and book luxurious accommodations, flights, and activities, ensuring that every detail meets the highest standards.
  • Promote and sell lifestyle services to our clients, including exclusive events and experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and travel arrangements.
  • Represent Ten Lifestyle Group in a professional and courteous manner, embodying the company's values and culture.

Requirements:

  • Fulfillment of tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in the field of tourism or hospitality.
  • A minimum of several years of professional experience in the travel industry, with a strong background in luxury travel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
  • Demonstrated expertise in GDS systems, preferably Amadeus, and strong destination knowledge.
  • A passion for luxury travel and the ability to understand and meet the unique needs of high-net-worth clients.
  • A service-oriented approach, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
