Job Title: Account and Data Executive

Join our team at Dental Elite Valuers, Brokers & Recruiters as an Account and Data Executive, where you will play a crucial role in driving the sales of dental practices forward while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and engaging individual with excellent communication skills to join our team. As an Account and Data Executive, you will be responsible for making targeted approaches to potential buyers, referring clients to our finance team, and attending practice valuation appointments to gain valuable knowledge of the dental practice sales process.

You will also be responsible for taking calls in the absence of the Practice Sales team, sending viewing reminders, and supporting the wider team with seller guides and practice valuation enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make targeted approaches to potential buyers 24 hours before launch to gauge interest in dental practices.
  • Refer clients to our finance team for mortgage referrals and affordability assessments.
  • Attend practice valuation appointments to build knowledge of valuations and dental practice transactions.
  • Take calls in the absence of the Practice Sales team to book valuation appointments.
  • Send viewing reminders, especially for weekend viewings, to ensure attendance.
  • Support the wider team with seller guides and practice valuation enquiries.
  • Participate in weekly practice update meetings to contribute to the effective sale of dental practices.
