About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Residential Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing the operations of our retirement development, ensuring a safe, secure, and enjoyable environment for our Home Owners. You will work closely with residents, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Accountabilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the lodge, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents
* Coordinate activities, events, and services to enhance the lifestyle of Home Owners
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident inquiries and concerns
* Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues to maintain the property and deliver services

Requirements:
* A background in administration and customer service, with excellent communication skills
* Ability to live on-site in the provided apartment, rent-free
* Strong commitment to upholding the company values of TORCH: Trust, Openness, Respect, Communication, and Honesty
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook
