Credit Controller/ Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller/ Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and reducing monthly aged debt for the group, chasing clients/brokers for settlement of debt, and ensuring statements are sent in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and reduce monthly aged debt for the group
- Chase clients/brokers for settlement of debt
- Ensure statements are sent in a timely manner
- Liaise with customers by telephone and email to resolve debts on the ledger
- Build strategic relationships across the organisation and effectively communicate with various stakeholders at multiple seniority levels
- Assist with audit queries
- Carry out administrative duties such as email inbox and queries
- Experience of working within a fast-paced credit control department (desirable but not essential)
- Effective communication including written and verbal
- MS Office suite including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team collaboratively as well as on your own initiative
