The Role:
PIB Group are seeking a dedicated individual who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
The role of the Credit Controller is a critical position within the first line of defence for the organisation. As such, the successful candidate will act as the safety net for the business from an operational and regulatory perspective.
Responsibilities:
* Mainly responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts and transactions.
* Identify and mitigate potential credit risks to ensure the organisation's financial stability.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Develop and implement effective credit control strategies to improve cash flow and reduce bad debt.
* Analyze and interpret financial data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
