Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality clinical care to elderly patients, working closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Make complex clinical decisions independently, using thorough assessments and diagnostic interpretations.
  • Lead and support multidisciplinary teams, contributing to the Trust's advanced practice strategy.
  • Engage in ongoing training and education, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
  • Participate in formal and informal educational activities, including specialist clinics and medical Grand Rounds.

Your Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registration with a relevant healthcare professional body.
  • MSc in advanced clinical practice.
  • Experience of leading and supporting multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, including experience of mentoring junior staff.
  • Sound knowledge of clinical governance and patient safety.
  • ALS provider status and non-medical prescriber qualifications.

Salary Information

This full-time role offers a competitive salary of £65,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in delivering high-quality care to our patients.
