IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Server Support Engineer to join our team at Tower House Consulting Ltd in Oxford. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in investigating complex infrastructure issues and learning about new environments and technologies.
The company cannot support candidates who require sponsorship or are on Dependent Visas. The role is Remote/Hybrid with the expectation of attending the office once a month.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Windows Server professional to support e-commerce websites that receive thousands of daily users. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting Windows Server, IIS, NLB, VMware, and Microsoft Systems
- Investigating and resolving complex infrastructure issues
- Learning about new environments and technologies
- Configuring Windows Servers with IIS and Load Balancing technology
What We Offer:
A competitive salary and benefits package, including a generous salary range of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. This includes access to training and development opportunities to further your career in IT infrastructure support.
