Bank Project Worker

Sanctuary Supported Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bank Project Worker to join our team at Oak Lodge, Attleborough, Norfolk.
About the Role:We are looking for an individual who can provide support to our customers with learning disabilities and physical disabilities, helping them to maximise their potential and independence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing one-to-one support as required, promoting safety through risk assessments and reviewing customers' needs, and developing professional relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to customers with learning disabilities and physical disabilities
- Offer one-to-one support as required
- Promote safety through risk assessments and reviewing customers' needs
- Develop professional relationships with customers
- Deliver small group activities to promote recovery and well-being
We are looking for an individual with previous experience of working with adults with physical/learning disabilities or high needs, who can relate and empathise with people with physical/learning disabilities.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work effectively in highly pressured situations, experience with developing and maintaining accurate records and support plans, and basic knowledge of Microsoft packages and internet communications.
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards is desirable.
