The Hospitality Host will be part of a small team that welcomes and supports Booking employees, visitors, vendors, new hires, and candidates for job interviews in our reception and service area.

The ideal candidate will provide a unique welcome experience to our guests, demonstrating a high level of personal service, inclusivity, and responsiveness.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering questions and handling remarks, complaints, and demands from all guests and employees with an open and responsive approach.
  • Acting as a central point of contact in the reception or service area, and during events, in other areas such as the auditorium.
  • Making all our guests feel welcome and guiding them when needed, demonstrating a proactive approach.
  • Assisting visitors with checking in to the building in the entrance area.
  • Providing a friendly and helpful service by thinking and acting from the perspective of the guests.
  • Taking ownership of questions or issues to resolve them in a proactive and customer-focused manner.
  • Registering incoming reports, questions, and complaints and informing the Office Management Team.
  • Monitoring behavior of visitors and employees, ensuring close communication with security.
  • Issuing access badges and supporting in administrative tasks, including managing mail.
  • Performing other tasks in consultation with the manager.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the office experience and reporting them as appropriate.
  • Providing support to the Office Management team when needed and showing ownership while performing daily tasks.
