What You'll Do
  • You will be responsible for the mise-en-place and maintenance of the beverage station during your day. This will include receiving and organizing deliveries, glassware setup before service, and the speedy delivery of beverage during service all to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
  • Sometimes our guests have special requests involving wine and drink preferences, dietary requirements, and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Commis Sommelier.
