About the Role:

As a Fleet Mechanic at Clarify Consultancy Ltd, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet by performing routine maintenance and repairs, diagnosing complex issues, and maintaining accurate records. This position requires a high level of technical skill, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair vehicles, including diagnostic testing, troubleshooting, and engine repair
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and report any issues to management
  • Manage inventory of parts and equipment, ordering supplies as needed
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues and improve processes

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need at least 5 years of experience in vehicle maintenance, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities. Familiarity with automotive tools and diagnostic equipment is essential. An NVQ Level 2/3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair is highly desirable.

Compensation:

Our competitive salary package includes £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, based on experience, plus benefits such as a performance-related bonus, overtime pay, 28 days' holiday increasing with service up to an additional 3 weeks, and ongoing training opportunities.
