Job Description:

You will play a vital role in delivering the highest standard of clinical care to our residents while upholding their well-being and comfort. Your expertise, leadership, and commitment will help us achieve our goal of providing the very best care in a modern, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional, person-centered care to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
  • Assess, plan, and evaluate care needs for each resident, ensuring care plans are up-to-date and reflect individual needs and preferences.
  • Administer medication and treatments in accordance with prescribed guidelines.
  • Monitor residents' health and well-being, providing clinical interventions as required.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with NMC and care home policies.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and families to ensure the best outcomes for residents.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to care assistants, ensuring safe and effective delivery of care.
Requirements:
  • A qualified Registered Nurse (RN) with a current NMC registration.
  • Previous experience in a care home or healthcare setting, particularly with older adults.
  • Strong clinical and nursing skills, with the ability to assess, plan, and deliver high-quality care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • A passion for providing person-centered care with a focus on dignity, respect, and empathy.
