About the Role

Crofton Springs, Cheltenham, is home to a new care home opening in 2024. As a Night Care Team Leader at HC-One, you will provide leadership and direction to the care staff within the home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, ensuring all residents have their individual care needs met at all times.
  • Provide guidance and support to care staff to ensure high-quality care is delivered.
  • Work collaboratively with the Home Manager to achieve the home's goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
  • Previous experience of working in elderly and dementia care.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
