About the Role

We are seeking an experienced carer to lead our night care team at Monkscroft Care Centre in Cheltenham. As a Night Care Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our residents and the home during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team of carers to deliver high-quality care to our residents
  • Review and implement care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents
  • Manage the time and workload of your team to ensure efficient care delivery
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide a nurturing and engaging environment for our residents

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience in leading a team to deliver care
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate and support your team to deliver high-quality care
