We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Leader to join our team at Grevill House and Ashley Intermediate Care Centre. As a Care Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team of carers to deliver outstanding care to our residents, while promoting a culture of kindness, compassion, and excellence.

You will work closely with the Home Manager to plan and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents. About You

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Care Leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to our residents. You will have a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent, and previous experience of working in a residential care setting. You will be a positive role model, with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to get along with others.

You will be confident in your ability to lead and motivate a team, and have a strong understanding of the importance of delivering person-centred care. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our residents, we would love to hear from you.
