Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Beauty Sales Director to join our team at MacGregor Black. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving retail sales, exceeding sales goals, gaining market share, and building brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive retail sales and exceed sales goals
  • Gain market share and build brand awareness
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners
  • Manage and own account P&L
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive engagement with customers and own all commercial fundamentals

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in beauty sales, preferably in the Hair/Skin category
  • 3+ years of experience managing national retail accounts in beauty
  • Experience with and understanding of key UK retail businesses (Superdrug, Boots)
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage account P&L
  • Effective interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple account needs
  • Strong computer skills, with emphasis on Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
