Job Overview


GB001 Marsh Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Client Advisor to join its team in Birmingham. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts within the media, entertainment, broadcast, production, advertising, and live music sectors.


Key Responsibilities



  • Work with client executives to gain knowledge of industry, risk, and insurance markets
  • Prepare components for review by more senior Advisory colleagues, including analysis of pricing, coverage terms and conditions, services, quote comparisons, commentary, and recommendations
  • Issue accurate certificates, evidence of cover, reports, and spreadsheets, diarising of documents to support client executives
  • Negotiate with Insurers and check documentation for accuracy
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with Insurers, clients, and team colleagues to effectively service clients and assist Advisory colleagues

Requirements



  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Confident and articulate verbal and written communicator
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience as an Administrator or Account Handler, although graduates and candidates with no experience will be considered if they have a genuine interest in the Media & Entertainment sectors and Insurance
