We are seeking a skilled Front of House Assistant to join our team at The Crieff Food Company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving our high-quality food and drinks to our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up and maintaining the front of house and counters to our company standards
  • Presenting menus, serving, and helping customers select food and beverage options
  • Providing counter service and preparing beverages
  • Delivering chef-prepared meals to customers at their tables
  • Preparing restaurant tables with attention to hygiene and cleanliness
  • Processing payments at electronic till points
  • Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed
  • Closing front of house areas to our company standards

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A friendly and engaging personality with a genuine love for customer service
  • Barista experience preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided
  • Strong customer service skills and excellent communication skills
  • Great teamwork and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Shift flexibility, including weekends
