Regional Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Regional Site Manager to join our team at CV Technical. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a team of sub-contractors within a designated region, ensuring all projects meet agreed technical standards, and maintaining a high standard of communication internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of sub-contractors within allocated region
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, site, and appointed installers
  • Ensure all projects meet agreed technical standards
  • Responsible for audits and inspections for doors and windows
  • Maintain a high standard of communication internally and externally
Requirements:
  • Knowledge and experience of both Social and New Build sectors
  • Knowledge and understanding of relevant Window & Door legislation
  • Proven employment history in Site Management
  • Knowledge of installation of windows and doors
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
  • CSCS Card
  • First aid at work
  • Asbestos Awareness trained
  • SMSTS (preferred)
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking
