Regional Site Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of sub-contractors within allocated regions to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, sites, and appointed installers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.
  • Ensure all projects meet agreed technical standards, adhering to relevant Window & Door legislation.
  • Conduct audits and inspections for doors and windows, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain excellent communication skills, both internally and externally, to drive project success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in both Social and New Build sectors, with a strong understanding of relevant Window & Door legislation.
  • Excellent employment history in Site Management, with a focus on technical expertise and leadership.
  • Knowledge of installation of windows and doors, with a strong emphasis on quality and compliance.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • CSCS Card
  • First aid at work
  • Asbestos Awareness trained
  • SMSTS (preferred)
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem solving and analytical thinking
