Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at ManpowerGroup. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth launch of new products in our dynamic manufacturing environment.

About the Role:

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the material supply chain process for new product introductions. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely material sourcing and production planning, minimizing inventory costs, and supporting seamless production flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Material Sourcing and Planning: Collaborate with procurement, scheduling, and engineering teams to ensure timely material sourcing and production planning.
  • Inventory Management: Manage product revisions, minimizing excess inventory and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Material Flow Optimization: Maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BoMs), Plan for Every Part (PFEP), and optimize material flow through Value Stream Mapping.
  • Supply Chain Visibility: Oversee material availability, shipments, and stock management, escalating risks as needed.
  • Production Support: Support production ramp-up by coordinating capacity planning and mitigating bottlenecks.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years' experience in manufacturing with MRP system knowledge.
  • Launch Logistics Experience: 1-2 years' experience with launch logistics.
  • Qualifications: Logistics or supply chain qualification (APICS, IoSCM, MCIPS, BSc, etc.).
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with experience in BoMs and ERP systems.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
