About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Assistant to join our team in Richmond, Catterick, Northallerton, and surrounding areas. As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our clients, making a positive impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Support clients with complex needs, including those with dementia, physical disabilities, and mental health conditions
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery
