We are seeking a highly skilled Land Acquisition and Partnerships Manager to join our team in the East Midlands region.

The successful candidate will lead a team to acquire land in line with our five-year business plan, supporting the delivery of regional growth plans and land acquisition strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing, managing, and progressing land and partnership opportunities
  • Leveraging industry experience in planning and land acquisition to drive business growth
  • BUILDING AND MANAGING A HIGH-PERFORMING TEAM TO DELIVER BUSINESS GOALS
  • Developing strategies to identify and pursue potential land and partnership opportunities
  • Managing legal agreement negotiations on projects

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative individual with strong relationship-building skills, able to influence senior decision-makers and negotiate effectively. They will also possess a passion for land and partnerships, with a customer-focused approach and enthusiasm for driving business growth.

We offer a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus an annual bonus scheme linked to team and company performance. Our benefits package includes special offers for staff, health club memberships, and development opportunities to progress your career.
