Main Responsibilities and Activities

  • Identify and develop sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, and advise on suitable product selection.
  • Respond to requests for quotes, application assistance, and resolve customer issues.
  • Provide direct support for direct sales managers, channel partners, and distributors.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales manager for further development and closure.
  • Closely follow up on sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to build the sales pipeline and close deals.
  • Participate in sales team meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement through initiatives and other assigned action items.
  • Input and track customer engagements via the CRM system.
  • Proactively drive the sales pipeline by ensuring all quotations and opportunities are entered in the VAT CRM system and followed up until completion.
  • Provide technical support to sales channels and distribution partners (email/phone/onsite).

  • Preferred experience in direct or indirect sales, including agent representations.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM administration or data maintenance.
  • Business Diploma or Degree preferred.
  • Proficient in full Microsoft Office suites, especially Excel.
  • Ability to demonstrate good written and oral English communication skills.
