Main Responsibilities:

  • Safely handle deliveries and collections from suppliers and customer sites.
  • Perform daily equipment checks, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Support production by assisting with material movement, unloading shipments, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
  • Carry out grit blasting, coating, and painting to meet project specifications.
  • Contribute to Lean initiatives, including 5S, and ensure waste is properly segregated and resources are used efficiently.

Requirements:

  • FLT (Forklift Truck) licence.
  • Relevant experience within a related industry.
  • Experience in stock/inventory control.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
  • General computer skills.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence.
