About the Role

We are seeking an experienced FF&E Manager to join our team at The Office Group. As a key member of our Design and Delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality FF&E projects across our portfolio of workspaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement FF&E strategies to enhance the workspace experience for our clients.
  • Manage FF&E projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with our design and interiors teams to create bespoke FF&E solutions that meet our clients' needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with FF&E suppliers and manufacturers to ensure access to the latest products and trends.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on FF&E matters, including product selection, specification, and installation.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of FF&E projects, including budgets, timelines, and client communications.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in FF&E management, with a strong understanding of the furniture design industry.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and other relevant software applications.
