About the Role

We are seeking an experienced FF&E Manager to join our team at The Office Group. As a key member of our Design and Delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality FF&E projects across our portfolio of workspaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend client meetings and present FF&E schemes to clients, ensuring that their workspace needs are met.
  • Manage FF&E Capex initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Create presentations, quotations, and collate finish samples as required for meetings, showcasing our expertise and creativity.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best value for The Office Group, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and quality products.
  • Oversee the programme and budget of all projects, ensuring accurate and timely tracking with the support of the FF&E Coordinator.
  • Liaise with the warehouse team and FF&E Coordinator to programme installations on site, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Make site visits as required, ensuring that our clients' needs are met and that our workspaces are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Create FF&E schedules and programmes, circulating them to the wider team and clients as necessary.
  • Utilize Freshdesk to optimize response time SLAs, ensuring that our clients receive prompt and effective support.
  • Collaborate with the Design and Delivery team to ensure that floorplans are updated accurately, reflecting the latest FF&E designs.
  • Attend installations and styling sessions, ensuring that our workspaces are presented to the highest standards.
  • Attend design team and Interiors team meetings to report on project progress, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Visit showrooms and furniture fairs to stay ahead of the curve, ensuring that The Office Group remains at the forefront of workspace-relevant FF&E.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with FF&E suppliers, ensuring that we receive the best possible service and products.
  • Lead the development of the Office Enhancement Offering, working with stakeholders to create client-facing collateral and price lists.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications, decisions, and orders, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our work is delivered to the highest standards.
  • Support the wider Design and Delivery and FF&E teams on strategic projects, driving efficiency and excellence across our workspaces.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience in an FF&E-related role, specifying furniture, art, accessories, and lighting.
  • Extensive knowledge of the furniture design industry, with a keen understanding of current trends and market developments.
  • Established relationships with FF&E dealers, agents, and brands, with a proven track record of securing the best value for clients.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience of scheduling and programming.
  • Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams, with a keen understanding of the workspace industry and current trends.
  • Experience of client-facing roles under pressure, with a proven ability to deliver exceptional results in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with experience of presentation tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience of using SAP and Vectorworks or similar desirable but not essential.
  • Experience of using a ticket system such as Freshdesk or Zendesk.
