Job Description:

LAW Absolute is seeking a highly skilled Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our client's compliance function, driving organisational performance and ensuring regulatory compliance across operations, supply chains, and stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on day-to-day health & safety, food safety, and general regulatory and compliance matters.
  • Undertake audits on company processes, practices, and internal guidelines to identify risk/threat areas.
  • Lead on regulation updates and legislative changes, working with the company to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure compliance across operations, supply chains, and stores.
  • Lead on key projects within the company, focusing on risk and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in regulatory/compliance/health and safety.
  • Strong report writing skills to produce reports/user guidance notes, etc.
  • Ability to attend the office 3 days per week with 2 days working from home.
