Job Title: Academic Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Academic Support Specialist to join our team. This is a fixed-term, part-time position, working 27 hours per week.

The annual salary for this role is £15,986 - £17,039 (pro rata), or £25,584 - £27,269 when calculated on a full-time basis.

About the Role:

As an Academic Support Specialist, you will be responsible for covering classes in the absence of teachers, ensuring minimal disruption to students' learning. You will maintain a positive and disciplined environment, adhering to school policies, and supporting the development of our students.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a commitment to providing a supportive and inclusive learning experience.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students, develop your leadership skills, and contribute to the smooth operation of our school.
