About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Child Health administration team as a Patient Pathway Assistant Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality administration support services, working closely with our healthcare professionals to ensure a smooth patient journey.
Main Responsibilities
Support the coordination of patients through their treatment pathway, ensuring compliance with national standards and internal targets.
Provide administrative and clerical support for the department, including retrieving and filing case notes.
Work collaboratively with the team to provide a seamless administrative service, ensuring continuity of care for our patients.
