About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Paid Media Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Sphere Digital Recruitment | Best Small Company 2022. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our account directors to deliver advanced digital advertising campaigns for a range of exciting brands.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take charge of a selection of our client accounts and drive business growth through innovative performance marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Innovative Strategies: Work closely with our account directors and executive team to develop and implement target-oriented performance marketing strategies for our clients.
  • Lead Client Relationships: Help lead client relationships and communications with key stakeholders across a broad range of clients.
  • Plan and Optimize Campaigns: Plan, build, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns, establishing and reporting on suitable KPIs.
  • Manage Client Accounts: Take responsibility for the day-to-day running and management of client accounts, liaising directly with clients.
  • Technical Expertise: Carry out technical changes, manage conversion tracking solutions, and analyze and draw insight from third-party analytics data.
  • Maximize Campaign Performance: Implement innovative management techniques to maximize campaign performance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Produce and deliver clear and concise campaign dashboards, reports, and recommendations to clients.
  • Financial Management: Administer all budget activity, including budget recommendations, invoicing, and billing.
  • Team Management: Manage and develop the skills of your Account Executives, ensuring efficient delegation of tasks to encompass all day-to-day requirements of your clients.
  • Best Practice and Training: Work with the wider team to ensure we're always following best practice across accounts, while analyzing and assessing performance of all past campaigns.
  • Training and Development: Attend and lead relevant training sessions.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least two years' experience in paid media advertising.
  • Team Player: Be an ambitious and positive team player with a passion and curiosity for digital marketing, ready to take the next step in your career.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Have an open, supportive, and data-driven approach for the performance and outputs of key client accounts and other team members.
  • Self-Development: Have a thirst for knowledge and passion for self-development, as well as a willingness to learn and work across other digital channels.
  • Client Relationships: Proven ability to develop and maintain excellent client relationships, including anticipating clients' digital marketing needs.
  • Team Management: Experience of managing one or more junior digital marketing professionals.
  • Attention to Detail: Impeccable attention to detail in all areas of your work.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including an ability to communicate complicated information in a straightforward way for our clients.
  • Technical Skills: Proven practical knowledge of Google Drive and/or Microsoft Office Applications, especially Sheets/Excel and Google Slides/PowerPoint.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to thrive when working under pressure to strict deadlines, in a constantly changing environment, while maintaining a professional service.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Highly-developed creative problem-solving skills.
