We are seeking an experienced Sales and Design Consultant to drive our Kitchen & Bathroom Sales area forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the design and sales process, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Design and present kitchen and bathroom solutions that meet customer requirements
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a sales or design role, preferably in the kitchen and bathroom industry
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen and bathroom products, including design software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
