Senior Workshop Manager

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workshop Technician to join our team at IN n OUT Autocentres. As a Senior Workshop Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring the efficient, safe, and high-quality completion of all tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Assign tasks and manage workflow to ensure timely and efficient completion of all work.
- Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and manage inventory, ordering parts and supplies as needed.
- Manage and assist with customer complaints, ensuring a mutually satisfactory outcome.
- Inspect and QC completed work to ensure it meets the required standards and specifications.
- Maintain and calibrate tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with the Customer Service Advisor to ensure deadlines are met and customers are satisfied.
Requirements:
- Advanced technical skills and knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
- Leadership and management experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
