Key Accountabilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

Assessment and Intervention
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify individual students' strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to meet each student's unique needs.
Collaboration and Support
  • Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and other stakeholders to integrate speech and language strategies into classroom practices.
  • Provide guidance and training to support staff in promoting inclusive practices.
Professional Development
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Share expertise with colleagues to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include access to ongoing training, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive school environment that values employee well-being.
