About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Coach/Cover Supervisor to join our team at Twenty 4 Seven Education. As a Cover Teacher for Sports and Education, you will be responsible for supporting the class teacher and ensuring the smooth operation of the school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the class teacher in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment
  • Encourage pupils' engagement and participation in sports and educational activities
  • Act as a positive role model and mentor for students
  • Develop and implement lesson plans and educational programs to support student learning
  • Monitor and assess student progress and provide feedback to the class teacher
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with 11-16 year olds
  • Interest in sports and experience mentoring or coaching under 16 year olds
  • Positive attitude and desire to work in education
  • Passionate and hard-working individual with the capacity to work with a variety of ability students
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid DBS check or willingness to process one with ourselves
  • Ability to commit to working school hours
