Essential Skills

  • Familiarity with Safeguarding requirements.
  • Excellent understanding of property maintenance, including reactive, planned, and emergency work.
  • Ability to undertake basic carpentry, minor electrical, and plumbing repairs, and general maintenance work.
  • Ability to take verbal instruction and direction.
  • Ability to follow written instructions and maintain written records of repairs.
  • Working knowledge of Health & Safety and use of PPE.
  • Ability to use a smartphone for job acceptance and report uploading.
