At PCI Pharma Services, we are committed to delivering life-changing therapies to patients around the world. As a Project Manager Storage, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage assigned clinical customer projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of client projects to relevant standards.
- Coordinate project activity by leading the Distribution Project Team and working closely with the Clinical Project Management team, internal and external customers.
- Prepare the Logistics Management Document as it pertains to the customer's specific study.
- Assist in the development of detailed pack construction to ensure efficient storage and distribution.
- Interact with customers, vendors, and internal PCI colleagues to deliver service excellence and ensure performance expectations are met or exceeded.
- Coordinate distribution activities from order receipt to shipment acknowledgement as per Logistics Management Document.
- Set up Returns processes and manage to include drug destruction, as per the Logistics Management Document.
- Manage project close-out activities.
- Facilitate the billing of all activities involved with distribution, returns, destruction, and project close-out activities.
- Coordinate customer visits and facilitate activities as per customer needs.
- Review quotes to ensure scope is appropriate and initiate change orders where necessary.
- Monitor project budget and scope creep.
- Coach, mentor, and supervise Associate Clinical Project Managers.
- Provide support to business development and estimation regarding new quotations and resupplies.
- Provide the client with the highest level of professionalism, quality of work, communication/responsiveness, and status of deliverables.
- The on-time, on-budget delivery of client projects to relevant standards.
- Reporting of Project Management metrics and KPI statistics as required.
- Provision of visibility of goods receipts, packaging, labelling, storage, and shipping requirements for all projects to internal departments.
- The active participation in improvements to departmental and cross-company procedures and systems.
