We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker in Luton. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting customers with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and mental health conditions to live the lives they choose.
Your main responsibilities will include assisting with personal care and hygiene, medication administration, support with preparing and cooking meals, attending medical appointments, social activities, independent skills, and domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry. You will also be responsible for keeping accurate records and updating care plans as required.
