Key Responsibilities- Provide social and emotional support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Support with personal care, including hygiene needs, and assist with daily tasks such as shopping and budgeting.
- Build and maintain relationships with friends and family of our residents, promoting a sense of community and connection.
- Assist with household tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and laundry, to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Accompany individuals on outings, such as walks, meals, and activities, to promote social interaction and engagement.
- A calm and caring individual with a positive outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Computer literacy and ability to use technology to support individuals.
- A car driver is desirable but not essential.
