Job Summary

Carmel Medical Practice is seeking a highly skilled Compliance/Performance Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technical, IT, and administrative duties related to data entry, audits, and health and safety within the practice.

Main Responsibilities
  • Capitation and QOF management
  • Targets and formulary management
  • Audit and data management
  • Workload analysis and appointment analysis
  • Repeat prescription analysis and birth/death analysis
  • Immunisations and enhanced services management
  • IT troubleshooting and CQRS/CQRS Local submissions
  • CQC and reporting management
  • Data entry, scanning, and summarising
  • Smartcard portal management and password management
  • Website management and PPA submissions/reporting
  • Health and safety compliance and auditing
About Us

Carmel Medical Practice is a purpose-built practice in the West End of Darlington, serving almost 11,500 patients. Our team comprises of 4 GP Partners, 1 Salaried GP, 2 Nurse Practitioners, 1 Clinical Pharmacist, 4 Practice Nurses, and 3 Healthcare Assistants. The practice is run by the Practice Manager with the assistance of an excellent reception and administrative team.

Job Requirements
  • IT literacy and knowledge of SystmOne
  • Data entry experience
  • Able to prioritize own workload and work under own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to work in a changing environment and flexible approach to work
  • Committed to own CPD and reliable, polite, and approachable
  • Awareness of own personal and professional limitations and willing to seek advice where necessary
