About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Gleeson Homes. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our development projects.

Your main duties will include:

  • Conducting thorough financial analysis and planning for each project
  • Developing and implementing commercial strategies to ensure cost-effective delivery of our developments

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
