Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled IT and Data Services Manager to lead our IT infrastructure and services team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT management, with experience in leading teams and managing complex IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking equipment.
  • Lead a team of IT professionals to deliver high-quality IT services to our users.
  • Develop and implement IT strategies to support our business goals.
  • Manage IT budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of technology.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT projects.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT management, with a strong background in IT infrastructure and services.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex IT projects and teams.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of servers, storage, and networking equipment.
  • Experience with ITIL-based service management.
  • Knowledge of modern infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, and enterprise SAN storage.
  • Understanding of information security management principles and practices.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with hosted infrastructure, such as Office 365.
  • Knowledge of enterprise class backup solutions.
  • Understanding of disaster recovery planning.
  • Experience with networking security products and techniques.
